We are interested in shrub or perennials that would not grow beyond 3 to 3 1/2 feet tall. The area in question has morning sun and we need some suggestions as to what we might use. Thank you

Hannah,

I apologize for this delayed reply to your gardening question and hope it is still helpful to you.

Lantana blooms off and on through the summer. The dwarf salvia called Mystic Spires would be nice. I might also try dwarf spirea which is spring blooming. Dwarf gardenia and dwarf azalea could also do well in that location.

Thanks for the question. Best wishes for a wonderful gardening year in 2007. Please stop in again soon!
