I've been told to use Coffee Grounds (I also just found out that Coffee Grounds can be harmful to dogs) around my plants to help keep cats away, but my dogs won't stay out of my flower bed. Any Suggestions?

Short of fencing the areas, there aren't many options to keeping your dogs out of the flower beds. Training takes time, but can be effective over the long run. While you're training your dogs, a temporary fence will protect your plants.
