I plant several different color lillies, but the following year they all come back the same color. Why would this happen and can i do something to change this?

Lilies should stay the same color every year. You might see a slight change in intensity due to soil or temperatures or age of the flower, but the overall color should stay the same. It is possible that one lily variety is more robust than the others and multiplies its bulb underground and comes back stronger than the others and crowds them out, or that some of the weaker bulbs simply die out during the winter.
