| Charles, The first fertilization is after mowing the turfgrass twice or about April 15th. Apply one pound of actual nitrogen (which is about 7 pounds of 15-5-10 for example). The next fertilization can be in June but usually this is not needed and only makes for more watering and fertilizing. The final fertilization is in early to mid October at the same rate as in April.
