The Q&A Archives: eatable fruit

Question: recently purchased a CALLAWAY CRABAPPLE will this tree produce eatable fruit?

Answer: Crabapples are technically edible but they tend to be small and extremely sour and so are not suited to eating fresh in your hand. You might be able to make jelly from them, though. (Callaway fruit is about an inch and a half in diameter.)
