I believe the squirrels are eating my crocus bulbs, leaving only the above ground growth of greens and flowers. Not only in the beds, but right out of the planters on my front porch.
How can I stop them from stealing the bulbs, please??

This might be squirrels, chipmunks or even voles ... you could try using a spray on repellent from the garden center, look for one that repels rodents and apply and reapply per the label directions. Otherwise, you might try covering the ground with wire mesh topped with gravel to deter them from digging. If this is a regular problem every year you might want to switch to daffodils, critters don't eat those. I hope this helps!
