If your hollies are mature and seem healthy you may not need to fertilize them. However as a general rule you can use an all purpose granular fertilizer with an analysis of 10-10-10 or similar proportions, or you can use a slow release granular fertilizer for acid loving plants such as Hollytone. Read and follow the label directions. It is also a good idea to use an organic mulch year round as this helps feed them slowly on an ongoing basis. Topdressing once or twice a year with a good quality compost can also be helpful.
