How can I tell if palm trees are getting to much water, especialy foxtail palms. I planted 2 last year and they died either too much water or the light freeze we had not real sure, Thanks for any help you can provide

Steven,

Feel the soil a couple of inches down. It should be moist but not soggy. Slightly dry is much better than continually wet. The freeze you all had is definitely a candidate for being the cause of some browning of the fronds.

Thanks for the question. Please stop in again soon!
