I forgot about the tulip bulbs I bought last fall and they are beginning to sprout in the package. Will they make it if I plant them now?

Tulips need to be planted in the fall so that they can undergo 12 to 14 weeks of chilling temperatures before they will come up and bloom. It is unlikely that they will be in good enough condition now to be viable and it is also too late to plant them outdoors, so unless you want to take a chance and try to force them in a refrigerator it is probably better to just throw them away. Wish I had better news for you!
