I bought a dwarf meyer lemon tree from home depot, it was very healthy and had the start of many lemons, after I planted it in a bigger pot with organic potting soil and used the reccomended fertilizer, the very tiny green fruit is now turning yellow and falling off, the flowers are falling off too, and the tips of a couple of the leaves look little burnt on the very corner, I love this thing what am I doing to it??? HELP PLEASE.

Debra,

It is normal for citrus to cast fruit when the tree is still young. Drying of the roots or other stresses to the roots can increase the fruit drop. As the tree gets larger an is planted into larger containers it should hold more of a fruit load. Try to keep the soil moist but not soggy for best results during bloom to fruit ripening time. Don't over apply fertilizers or you can burn roots.
