I want to plant about 4 tomatoe plants in a west facing flower bed. It recieves about 6 hours of sunlight a day with afternoon shade from the redbud tree next door. It has good drainage and is slightly raised. Is this enough sunlight?

Valencia,

Yes 6 hours is the minimal amount. Your production should be okay.
