I have an area that receives only about 4 hours of late morning to early afternoon sun. What would be some good annuals, perennials and shrubs to plant?

Some plants for you to consider include Iris, Chrysanthemums, Delphiniums, Ageratum (Ageratum houstonianum), Dusty Miller (Senecio cineraria), Flowering Tobacco (Nicotiana alata), Four o?clocks (Mirabilis jalapa), Gazania (Gazania splendens),
Globe amaranth (Gomphrena globosa), Vinca (Catharanthus roseus), Statice (Limonium species), Spider Plant (Cleome hasslerana) and Sweet alyssum (Lobularia maritime). You might get even more ideas if you visit the garden center of your local Home Depot.
