The Q&A Archives: Calibrachoa Plugs potting

Question: I just received 24 plugs from florida, aclimated them to the temperature before puting them in 2 in pots. After another 24 hour period they are drooping, dieing, and so forth. What did I do wrong, what can I do to correct this problem. Did I start them in pots to early they were about 6 inches in length tall. Help me please Thank you Tammie

Answer: Based on your description I am not certain what has happened. I would strongly suggest you contact your supplier immediately for instructions. In the meantime, make sure they are not dried out and maintain them at about 65 degrees. Since they are wilted, I would move them to a shaded area.
