What is the name given to the purple ornamental grass I see along curbs at stores. Can't find a picture of it, so don't know where to look.

There are two possibilities. One is a purple fountain grass (Pennisetum setaceum 'Rubrum) or another is pink muhly (Muhlenbergia capillaris 'Regal Mist'), which gets very showy pinkish plumes. Input the Latin names into a google search for photos to see if one is what you're looking for. Good luck!
