| What is the best palm tree for my area, not over 20 feet tall, low maintainance and has wispy fronds? Must tolerate occassional 28 degree weather. I want to plant three of them to be the focal point of the center of the back yard behind the pool....about 12 feet away from the pool. Thanks |
