| Tanya, That is a tough call based on that description. I suggest you snip a section of branch with a few leaves from the tree and take it in to your County Extension Office for them to look over and diagnose. Perhaps with a sample in hand they can determine the cause and prescribe an appropriate solution. In the meantime keep the soil adequately moist but not continually sopping wet.
