There are many plants you could grow in a full sun location. You might consider evergreeens such as yews or junipers, or you might consider flowering shrubs such as lilac or spirea, or you might consider the large ornamental grasses. Your choice would depend on the overall size of the space, the growing conditions such as soil type and whether it is windy in that spot in winter, and then on the overall goals you have for your landscape. Unfortunately, a design is beyond the scope of this simple Q&A format but I hope this gives you some ideas to begin your planning.
