| Brian, I apologize for this delayed reply to your gardening question and hope it is still helpful to you. You should go with the same species that you currently have growing in your lawn. There is not a good grass seed for St. Augustine. For Bermuda the variety 'Sahara' is fine. For zoysia I would not try to plant seed. For Centipede there is seed available. Thanks for the question.
