I didn't cut back all my Crepe Myrtles. They just started to bud out. With the cold snap we just had some of the small green leaves are now brown and curled. Should I go ahead and cut the Crepes back to remove the damage?

Crape myrtles bloom on new wood so cutting them back now should result in lots of new wood, and lots of flowers. I'd cut them back now, especially because of the cold damage. Best wishes with your landscape!
