I just move to west chester want to have a vegetable garden but the deer will not let me the eat all .want shuld i do ?

Deer are destructive to gardens. You can try to repel them using spray on repellents such as Hinder (read and follow all of the label directions for applying and reapplying) or you can fence them out. In the long run, a tall fence (or in some cases an electrified fence) is the most reliable protection against deer. I wish I could be more encouraging.
