The Q&A Archives: Easy to grow plants

Question: I cannot get out like I used to so my 16 year old son will be planting for me. What plants can I plant? I want something easy to grow.

Answer: Easy to grow, easy to care for plants include daylilies, coneflowers, marigolds, black-eyed susans, lantana, coreopsis and lavender. These like full sunshine. If you have a shady planting bed, grow hosta, lobelia, pansies and impatiens.

Enjoy your new garden!
