| I understand that you'd like to improve the appearance of the ramp, but it isn't practical to put pavers on a wooden structure. The indoor/outdoor carpet rotted because it held water rather than draining and drying completely. Anything that you use to cover the ramp will end up in the same way - unless you cover it with redwood or cedar planks, which can take the water. I honestly think it would be better worth your time, energy and financial investment to tear the ramp down and build steps. The pavers will last decades and be trouble free once they're installed. |
