I am wanting to make a flowerbed that will be cost efficient yet will last me for a while. I was thinking of using estate edgers or pavers for the border but it may cost a lot. The flower bed isn't going to be very big. Is there a cheaper way to go than paving stone. I would prefer not to use green metal edging due to the cost and also it needs to be flexible. Thanks for any advice you can give! KH

Kristi,

I apologize for this delayed reply to your gardening question and hope it is still helpful to you.

The various types of pavers that Home Depot sells are about the most cost effective you can go, unless you have a free supply of some type of stone from a friend's property. These pavers and bed bordering products come in many shapes, sizes and colors so there is something that will be most appealing to you.

Thanks for the question. Best wishes for a wonderful gardening season. Please stop in again soon!
