| There are many perennial plants you could use. Hostas and ferns, Pulmonaria, Lamium, Tricyrtis, Dicentra, Tiarella, Helleborus are just a few perennials that would do well in a shady area. Or, you might prefer a groundcover such as Vinca minor, Hedera helix, or Epimedium. For summer color you could add a few large containers with shade tolerant annaul flowers such as begonias or impatiens. I hope this gives you some ideas. |
