Is there a perennial impatiens? Is it suitable for Zone 4?

There are perennial impatiens and they are mostly from Asia and Africa. Sadly, they are only hardy in zones 9 and 10, enduring temperatures as cold as 40F. I'm afraid they wouldn't be perennial in zone 4.
