If I plant windmill palm tree and kumaon palm tree in my yard are they gonna make it through winters?
Do you sell any of these including yucca brevifolia trees? If yes for what price each?

The palms you mention won't be winter hardy in your yard, but you could plant them in containers and take them indoors during the winter months. Then set them back outside near a patio or deck to enjoy all summer. Your local Home Depot probably won't carry these palms in their outdoor garden section because they're not winter hardy in your area, but they may have them in their indoor or houseplant section.

Best wishes with your landscape!
