Lonicera are tolerant of most soil types so it may not be your soil's pH, but the cultivar you're growing. Certain types of dwarf honeysuckles have naturally yellow-green foliage. In fact, the pale yellow-green young leaves of this new dwarf honeysuckle contrast beautifully with the darker-green of its older foliage. Since you're already feeding with Miracle-Gro, I think you're supplying all the nutrients your plants need.
