Raul,

I am sorry for this delayed reply to your gardening question. The spring rush has brought a deluge of questions and we are working hard to catch up!

Orchids are definitely tropical and I am sorry to hear that the computer situation left you unable to work this out with your local store. I am not sure why they referred you to us as we at the Q&A service answer plant questions but are not in a position to know store policies or to order a remedy to your situation. My suggestion is to ask to speak to a manager at your local store as that is where this should be solved, and hopefully will be solved promptly. If this is not effective or if you don't want to go back and speak to a manager please submit another question to the website and I will gladly forward it on to Home Depot web folks to see what they can do to help you. We are not set up to take replies to these e-mails so submitting another question is the way to get back to me on this.

Thanks an I am very sorry to hear about your problem with your local store.
