Everything else is growing wonderfully except I have only had 2 of the seeds sprout from the Phlox pkg. I followed the instructions so they have plenty of light, moisture, and heat. I used the seed starting soilfree mix. What's wrong?

Annual Phlox seed takes 10-21 days to germinate at 55F-65F degrees. Perennial Phlox can take 25-30 days to germinate at 70F degrees. If you followed the directions on the packet, the seeds should germinate soon. I know it's hard, but have a little more patience!
