i would like to know what plants that are pretty and can go through vegetative propigation in a month, with no seeds?

Many plants can be propagated by grafting, rooted cuttings or root division rather than by seed. Division is instantaneous and probably the most efficient method and would work well with many perennials such as daylily, phlox, sedum, thyme, coreopsis, cranesbill, yarrow, and so on.
