How do I get rid of this pest... I know I have some Grubs, so I am working on getting rid of them for next year... but what abaout the mole... should I ask how to KILL him????

First of all you need to establish whether the problem is a mole, or a vole. Moles will tunnel but they do not eat plants, they only eat insects such as grubs. Moles are usually a sign of healthy soil and actually can be helpful in aerating the soil. Voles on the other hand will eat plant roots and cause direct damage to the plants. Vole populations tend to be cyclical in that they peak and then drop off naturally. In the meantime, they can damage many plants.
