The Q&A Archives: Privicy Hedges

Question: We have an area that we would like to plant trees or shrubs that would not be higher then 10 feet tall that could be a privicy hedge between our neighbors and out pool. We don't want something that sheds it leaves or becomes out of control. Also that would be low maintenance. What could we look into and what price range.
Thank you.
