We have an area that we would like to plant trees or shrubs that would not be higher then 10 feet tall that could be a privicy hedge between our neighbors and out pool. We don't want something that sheds it leaves or becomes out of control. Also that would be low maintenance. What could we look into and what price range.
Thank you.

Cecilia,

I am sorry for this delayed reply to your gardening question. The spring rush has brought a deluge of questions and we are working hard to catch up!

Some possible choices include:

Juniperus chinensis 'Blue Point'
Juniperus chinensis 'Blue Vase'
Ilex glabra; Inkberry Holly
Ilex latifolia; Lusterleaf Holly
Ilex pernyi; Perny Holly

Thanks for the question. Best wishes for a wonderful gardening season. Please stop in again soon!
