The Q&A Archives: Pollination

Question: I bought a Dwarf Kieffer pear tree. It needs a pollinator. What kind of tree will pollinate it?

Answer: Even though Anjou, Bartlett and Kieffer are partially self-fruitful, they should be cross-pollinated to produce heavy and regular crops. To ensure a good crop, plant Anjou, Seckel, or Bartlett.
