How do I take care of Hibiscus plants. I have a tropical Hibiscus. It has bloomed one time but the bloom only lasted one day. Is this normal? How much sun should it receive?

Trish,

I am sorry for this delayed reply to your gardening question. The spring rush has brought a deluge of questions and we are working hard to catch up!

Give the plant morning sun and afternoon partial sun if you can. Full sun is okay but you'll have to water more. Fertilize with a soluble plant food product such as Miracle Gro following label rate.

Thanks for the question. Best wishes for a wonderful gardening season. Please stop in again soon!
