I am having a huge problem with critters, mainly squirrels, digging in my flower beds. I've tried everything that I know of and even a few tricks I've read on line. They are destroying my flower beds and potted plants.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are several things you can try. One is to spray a repellent labeled for squirrels, be sure to read and follow all of the label directions. Another is to cover the mulch with wire mesh such as chicken wire to make it more difficult for them to dig. Another method, for potted plants, is to cover the soil surface with tin foil or thorning clippings to deter them. You may also find that once spring is over they are less interested in digging. I hope this gives you some ideas.
