I don't want Leland cypress but another evergreen that is low priced, fast growing, doesn't need a lot of water. Fill lot line for large amount of property for privacy, aprox. 600ft. or more. Least amount of disease problems, don't mind if needles or leaf type.Open north exposure and six miles from north Florida. Thanks

Probably the least expensive options are native plants. Consider Bay cedar
(Suriana maritima) which grows 20'; Sweet shrub (Calycanthus floridus) at 10'; or Gallberry (Ilex glabra) which reaches 10'.
