The Q&A Archives: privacy hedge

Question: what are some shrubs that would be good for a privacy hedge that would not require a lot of trimming, could with stand drought conditions, and would not use more than 2 feet of space?

Answer: Two possibilities come to mind; Skyrocket juniper and Thuja (American arborvitae). Both will grow narrow and tall and both are drought tolerant once established. Your garden center might have even more possibilities.

Best wishes with your landscape!
