Anthuriums are quite difficult to maintain as long term houseplants, so you may want to consider it more like a florist bouquet to enjoy temporarily and then discard. To try to keep it going you need to provide jungle-like conditions: warm temperatures and high humidity and bright but indirect light. Dry leaves generally indicate lack of humidity, cold air, too much direct sun exposure, or root problems related to incorrect watering. The soil should begin to dry out at the surface between waterings, then moisten it but do not saturate it to being waterlogged. I hope this helps.
