Rose cuttings can be dipped in premoistened rooting hormone and then placed in a loose planting medium and covered with a clear cover. Then place it in a bright spot out of direct sunlight and in a few weeks it should be rooting. The following web site offers more info on how to do this: http://www.rdrop.com/~paul/hul... Thanks for the question. Best wishes for a wonderful gardening season. Please stop in again soon!
