I am wanting to have my tomatoe plants in the ground before the frost. What can I use or do to keep them warm during the freeze so they dont die?

One of the best things you can do is place a Wall-o-Water over new tomato plants. These are plastic cyliners with separate channels that you fill with water. The top flops over to completely enclose a plant. Water absorbs heat during the day and radiates it to the plant at night.
