Hi.. please help. I transplanted a few peonies before the
snowstorm in April. They are about one foot high.
All of a sudden the leaves look curly. I did water them alot at first. Do you think it might be a fungus or something else?
If so, what do I put on them?

Thanks, Dorian

I hope the symptoms are from the cold weather. If so, the plants will outgrow the problem this summer. However, there is a virus that peonies are susceptible to. If your peonies have this virus, it's a serious problem with no cure. Watch carefully; Plants are half normal height, with crooked flower stalks and curled leaves. If these symptoms develop over the summer, it would be best to toss the plants and start all over with new peonies planted in a different location. Let's hope for the best!
