What types of trees or plants could I plant in a soggy location? We have several streams that run through our front yard & I would like to plant something that will soak up some of the water.

Depending on the space you have available for the plants to grow and mature, you might consider some of the following: (trees) Betula nigra "Heritage", Acer rubrum, Magnolia virginiana; (shrubs) Ilex verticillata, Ilex glabra, Cornus sericea, Aronia arbutifolia, and Itea virginica. I hope this gives you some ideas.
