Orchids - Knowledgebase Question

Orchids: After they bloom and the blub turns brown, should you pull it off of the plant or leave it on? I have three on one plant...one is empty and the other two feels hard as if there is a bulb inside. Thank you.

When the flowers are spent, cut the entire flowering stalk down to foliage level. After resting and regaining its strength, your orchid will produce another flowering stalk.
