| You should certainly see new leaves on your roses about the same time as other plants are waking up from their winter's nap. If you see nothing, perhaps winter weather killed the plants. You can try pruning them back to see if the roots have enough energy to produce foliage. If not, you may have to replace your rose bushes. |
