My rose has changed. My rose is blooming with multiple tiny red roses. It is suppose to have just a few pink roses. What has happened? |
Based on your description I think this may be a case of the rootstock overwhelming a grafted top. The rootstock usually sends its energy to the grafted portion so you would not know it is there. The desired pink rose must have died back, so now the rootstock (with red flowers) is able to flourish. If you would prefer a pink rose you will probably need to replace the plant. |
