Would like a list of flattering perennials and shrubs that deer will not eat. This is for landscaping the front of the house.

Here is a listing developed on deer resistance, it includes sections on shrubs and perennials. Please keep in mind that deer resistant does not mean deer will never eat it. You may need to cut and paste the complete url into your browser to make it work correctly.

Your plant selection should also be based on the growing conditions in front of the house, meaning if it is sunny or shady and at what time of day, if the soil is wet or dry in that spot, and whether or not it is windy there, especially in winter. Good luck with your planting!
