WHAT CAN I PLANT IN AN AREA THAT HAS 90% SUNSHINE DAILY?

I am sorry for this delayed reply to your gardening question. The spring rush has brought a deluge of questions and we are working hard to catch up!

There are lots of plants that bloom in full sun. Some good choices include Salvia 'Mystic Spires', purslane/portulaca, lantana, perennial hibiscus, red bird of paradise (Caesalpinia pulcherima), and plumbago.
