My dwarf gardinia is blooming beautifully, but has a lot of yellow leaves. Do you know why this might be happening?

Lisa,

I am sorry for this delayed reply to your gardening question. The spring rush has brought a deluge of questions and we are working hard to catch up!

It may be due to dry or soggy wet soil conditions as each cause loss of roots. If only the young leaves are yellow it may need an acidifying fertilizer with iron.

Thanks for the question. Best wishes for a wonderful gardening season. Please stop in again soon!
