Hi,

I have 3-year old Pieris. It doesn?t flower as much as it was when I got it. What is the proper way to improve flowering?

Thank you,
Elena

Pieris won't bloom as well as they could if you forgot to cut off last year's flowers when they were spent. To increase blooming next year, cut the plant back after it has finished flowering. Next year it will produce lots of blooms on new wood that it develops after you've pruned it.
