We Live in an apt. our balcony, third floor, gets full sun most of the day. We would love a plant that attracts hummingbirds, we read about the Lady Plmouth in birds and blooms, is it available here? We get a couple of the birds at our feeder.

The National Gardening Association answers questions for Home Depot, but we don't have access to what plants are available in their retail outlets. You can call your local store and ask for the nursery department. If that plant isn't available, I'll bet they have many other options for hummingbirds, as that is always a popular request. Hummers like any flowers that are trumpet shaped, or long and narrow, to fit their bills. They are also most attracted to reds, pinks and oranges (but will visit other colors also). Good luck with your hummingbird attraction efforts!
